Bio
I’m Eládio Tchinhemba, a software engineer and solutions architect focused on building scalable digital systems.
My work goes beyond writing code. I design and structure digital products with a strong focus on scalability, maintainability and real-world impact.
Over the years, I’ve developed a way of thinking that prioritises systems over features, ensuring that what is built today can evolve and grow tomorrow.
A little more
Early Foundations
I have a background in Industrial Electronics and Automation, where I was first exposed to systems thinking and low-level programming concepts.
During this period, I worked with languages such as C, C++ and Ladder (PLC), developing a strong understanding of how software interacts with real-world systems.
Alongside formal education, I pursued a self-taught path, focusing on practical learning and exploring technologies beyond the classroom.
Professional Growth
I built my career through hands-on experience, focusing on real-world problem solving and the development of scalable digital products. Starting in frontend development, I evolved into full-stack engineering and system architecture, working across different industries and building platforms, tools and complex systems.
Today, I’m a partner and Head of Technology at BISC8, where I lead technical strategy, architecture and product delivery. I focus on designing systems that are scalable, reliable and built to support long-term business growth.
Companies I've
Worked With
I’ve collaborated with companies across multiple industries, delivering scalable systems and digital products designed for reliability, performance and growth.
