I developed the website for AECIPA, the Association of Companies Providing Services in the Petroleum Industry in Angola, founded in 2002, which serves as the main communication platform between service providing companies and the main stakeholders in the Angolan oil sector.

AECIPA needed a website that not only informed, but also engaged its members and stakeholders, facilitating access to information about events, social projects and partnership opportunities.

Eládio was always self-taught. In secondary education, Eládio entered the Polytechnic of Benguela (previously called: Instituto Médio Politécnico de Benguela), studying the Industrial Electronics and Automation course in the area of ​​Information Technology and Telecommunications, a course that lasted 4 years, however, Eládio finished in 5 years, because he missed classes to go to the Jean Piaget university library, where he found content that interested him.
It was in high school, where he came into contact with languages ​​such as: C, C++ and Ladder – Language for programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
